This Is What To Do When You Don't See Any Improvement
Be it in an activity, your niche, or your ambitions; here's what to do when nothing is working out.
In this journey of life, there might be time it feels like everything is alright, till all of a sudden, it looks like there's no progress.
When such happens it can be hard staying consistent. Hard to not give up. Hard to carry on.
It can make us sad, frustrated or depressed. And those are feelings and emotions that no one wants, I understand.
But when things don't go your way, it doesn't mean it won't go your way later.
You are still who you are that can improve even in difficult times. As I say every now and then, a bad day isn't a bad life.
You are still the hero of your story, no matter what.
Even the strongest heroes need help sometimes, so now, here's are the proven things to do when it feels like nothing is working out.
#1 Persistence
Cause your plans that you hold dearly are going nowhere, that doesn't mean that something good won't happen.
Remember the saying, the brightest morning come after the darkest night.
Look at the apple tree, it's fruit is iconic and everyone loves it. But that tree wasn't grown in a day.
The apple tree wasn't grown in a week, month or in a single year. It took the apple tree to grow for several years. And it comes out fine.
That's why when things aren't working out, it's important to not give up until the end.
#2 Faithfulness
It's important to be faithful, cause it helps one to stay persistent and consistent.
It's with consistency and persistence that helps in the long run.
When I first started writing on Medium, I wasn't going anywhere at all.
I wanted to give up. But I decided not to.
Cause I knew that the only way for me to get better was to be faithful and hold onto the belief that good things will come my way, one way some day.
And thanks to that and hard work I've been getting results. From using one month to get my first fifty views to using one week to get fifty views.
#3 Other Alternatives
Don't give up on your plans, yes but, if you can look for an alternative do so cause it will help you and positively keep you busy while you're expecting something.
By doing so, you don't bother if just one thing you're doing doesn't work out.
Cause being occupied with another thing helps you to put your energy to another thing that could give you better benefits.
When I first started writing on Medium I wanted to use affiliate marketing as a source of income. That didn't work out.
I later decided to look for other sources of income and I’ve found some with potential, so I no longer bother about affiliate marketing the way I once did.
